Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Dr Vivian Balakrishnan to Attend United Nations Climate Change Conference In Warsaw, Poland, 19 - 22 November 2013

Minister Balakrishnan will represent Singapore at the UN Climate Change Conference in Warsaw, where he will deliver Singapore's National Statement and attend ministerial meetings.

Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, will attend the United Nations Climate Change Conference1 in Warsaw, Poland, from 19 to 22 November 2013.

Minister Balakrishnan will deliver Singapore’s National Statement at the conference and attend the ministerial meetings. He will be accompanied by officials from agencies represented in the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Climate Change.
